The meter starts at 1,250,000 EC every Monday and climbs towards 5,000,000 EC by Sunday night. It's there for the fun of watching it grow.
The daily chest
Every registered player can open one chest per day. It always pays some Edge Coins, and very occasionally the 10,000 EC jackpot.
